Welcome to the MyDalux Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Affiliate Enrollment

To enroll in our affiliate program, you must complete the registration process through HERE. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to promote MyDalux products in a professional and ethical manner. Affiliates must not engage in any form of misleading advertising or spam. Accurate representation of our brand and products is mandatory.

3. Commissions

Affiliates earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate is 10%. Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts).

4. Payment Terms

Payments are made via Paypal. A minimum payout threshold of $25 is required to receive a payment. Payments may be delayed or withheld if there are returns, refunds, or chargebacks.

5. Self-Purchases

Affiliates are permitted to use their affiliate link to purchase MyDalux products for personal use. However, any purchases made by affiliates through their own affiliate link are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns. By using your affiliate link for self-purchases, you agree to waive all rights to refunds, exchanges, or returns for those items.

6. Affiliate Restrictions

Affiliates must not engage in the following:

• Bidding on MyDalux brand keywords in paid search campaigns.
• Promoting MyDalux products on websites or channels that contain inappropriate or offensive content.
• Misrepresenting our products or brand in any way.

7. Term and Termination

This agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time. MyDalux reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if any of these terms and conditions are violated.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use MyDalux’s logos, banners, and other promotional materials provided by us, as long as they are used in compliance with these terms. Any alterations or unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Modification of Terms

MyDalux reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.

11. Agreement

By signing up and participating in the MyDalux Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined above.

Modification of Terms

MyDalux reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. It is the responsibility of the affiliates to regularly review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates or changes. Continued participation in the program after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
